South Bay Area Schools Insurance Authority (SBASIA) is a joint powers authority formed under California Government Code by school districts joined together to protect member resources by stabilizing risk costs in a reliable, economical and beneficial manner while providing members with broad coverage and quality services in risk management and claims management.
